For the dutch book publisher 'Atlas Contact' I made some illustrations and a book cover. 'De nacht die geen uren kent,' written by Sebastiaan Chabot, is the book I made them for. It's a literary title, so it's important that the readers can still use their own imagination while reading and watching the pictures. I tried to capture the mysterious atmosphere by combining photographs with textures from previous etchings I made.
